Why in my iPhone 6 sound cloud is not working offline

After buffering songs r not playing without net/wifi

Welcome to iMore! Offline playback isn't available on Soundcloud. Buffering only makes it so users can start listening to songs quicker and it keeps playback from freezing if you momentarily lose connection. If you want true offline playback try Apple Music or Spotify.
