my iphone 4 is black screen

My iphone is black screen,just can hear the voice,how to turn up brightness screen? I want to reset but iTunes can't recognice my iphone,can't sync my phone,anybody HELP!!?

Press the both the power and home buttons until you see the  logo. If you don't see the  logo after several seconds, assume the display had malfunctioned and then make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them fix the problem for you.
