ICloud for IOS 9 devices

If I select "clear history and website data" for Safari in an iOS 9 device, before ever backing the device up to iCloud, will any of the cleared data get backed up to iCloud the first time I back it up? Like Safari caches files of any kind?

I doubt it, and why would cleared (deleted) data get backed up?

It might still be in a previous back up. But not for long if you continue to back up regularly.

Apple told me I had 3 back ups. I had no idea. Not real sure how that works.
