Ive been locked out of my Apple Watch due to trying the passcode to many time

I can't get in to my Apple Watch as it tells me to go to the Apple Watch app and click on passcode due to me forgetting my passcode way to many times. When I go into the Apple Watch app and click passcode it just has a loading sign in the corner ive sat here for about 30 mins waiting for it to loads and it doesn't do anything what shall I do?

Welcome to iMore! Try resetting both devices, allowing them to re-establish their connections to each other, and trying again. On iPhone, reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. On Apple Watch, the process is the same only you'll press both buttons on the side of the watch housing.
