wHY DOES THE DISPLAY ON CAR ONLY DISPLAY NUMBERS NOT NAMES

When my car displays my favorites it is by number not name

Welcome to iMore! Have you uploaded your phonebook into the car? I've had a Ford and two Chryslers with Bluetooth and all three have displayed the names.
