My e-mial will not update. What do I do?

My e-mail has always updated until yesterday and now it will not update. How do I fix this?

If all else fails you need to remove the effected email account and then re-add it

I would do a re-boot and if that doesnt work do as previous post stated, delete the mail account and add back again.
