Iphone4 keeps saying no service, calls go straight to voice mail, txts are delayed or not delivered

I have rebooted but no difference, wifi is on, reset network settings but didn't help. Phone switches between no service & searching, can't access email

I would try to do a full restore on your Phone after a backup with iTunes and then after the restore do your backup and restart and see if that takes care of your issues.
