have just got this apple mac of a person who has had icloud session on this pc, it has now ended, how do i go about getting it back for my uses, would like to reregister again for this serves if possible , how would i go about doing this

I'm not quite understanding your question. Are you saying you were using someone else's iCloud service and you want your own? If so, you should create your own. You do that by creating your own Apple ID. Everything is driven by your Apple ID.
