Can projects in Theatre be viewed on my Apple TV if it not stored in ICloud?

I made a 22 minute project in IMovie. To export IMovie projects to ICloud and thus share it, it has to be 15 minutes long or less. IMovie will still let me export to Theatre, though. I have an Apple TV.
My question is: Can projects shared to Theatre on my Mac but not in ICloud be viewed on my Apple TV?
