News app on iOS 9 and other problems with apps

I upgrade to ios 9 two days ago. I have problems with few apps like iMore and Whatsup, they just want open right away like before in ios 8 so I don't know what to do, maybe I need to try install them from the beginning. When I try to open them screen first go black and then open application.
Also I wondering if app news in ios9 comes with upgrading iPhone?

Reboot your device to see if that helps. If not, delete those apps and then reinstall them. Keep in mind that those apps may need to be updated to work properly with iOS 9.

There are some apps which aren't compatible with iOS 9 yet. Hopefully they will be soon.

Is the News app not available on your iPhone? If not, it is not supported outside of the United States at this time. Could this be your problem?
