Why does iTunes continue to crash/not respond?

every time I open iTunes after several seconds then iTunes was not responding, I always keep force to quit the program and re-open but the same thing happens

I don't know, but if this is happening on your computer, you can always delete/uninstall it and then re-install a fresh copy of it.
