My iPad 4 can't swipe to unlock...What can I do?

the unlock swipe .. its not appeared. it also cant restart too..i push a few second as ussual the on off button but still stay the same. cant shutdown the ipad too. But the screen is working only I can unlock ...so i cant get in...what should i do?

Do a reset. Hold your home & power buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
