Unable to setup Chrome cast

I'm using my iPad as a hotspot to provide my wifi network - this then provides Internet access to clients

In theory, one would think it should work... sorry I don't have insight as to why... my guess is if you do get it to set up, your end-user experience is going to be less than optimal, and you'd be better off connecting the Chromecast to a network that's wired to the iSP.
