How do I get microphone background noise reduction?

I am Using i phone 4S ,there is no option like noise reduction cancellation, while talking with microphone the other party hears a lot of noise how can i rectify that, all the time its not possible talking by the handset.

You can make calls in less noisy places or buy a bluetooth headset with active mic noise cancellation, or a wired headset with mic noise cancellation.
