Why is there no sound to tranferred videos

I transferred all my videos from my old iPhone 5c to my new 6plus using the Verizon cloud. There is no sound on any of the videos. Can this be fixed?

Why were you using Verizon Cloud? iPhones have iCloud. Maybe you should call Verizon Customer support. Was your phone backed up to iCloud?
