how can i access my phone as none of the switches are working, even the sliding arrow.

my phone is hanged, I don't know how it happened, actually I just took the phone and tried to unlock but the arrow is not sliding and on/off button also not working. I connected the same to my PC for charging, I can't open the files even in PC.

Have you tried resetting your device by pressing power and home until the Apple logo appears, then letting go?
