for family sharing comma which app does the request go to on the parents phone?

My phone wasn't on, I saw that the request came through to add an app to my daughters iPad in my notifications. But when I signed into my phone, the request had disappeared. I can't find it in iMessages email or anywhere else. How do I respond to her request and what app or section of my phone did the request go to?

If it's not in your notifications then you must have cleared it by accident. I have done that. She will have to request it again. It's not an iMessage or email. It is just a notification as far as I know.
