I can't retrieve emails or connect to any webpage on my iphone 6plus.

.My wifi is connected. I disconnected wifi and tried connecting on cellular still no luck.

First try Reset Network Settings. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
