Why isn't it being recognized that I have already changed my store to the Canadian store?

I have already changed my store the Canadian store!

Whenever I try to update or download any app it asked to change my store from the Egyptian to the Canadian store and I did! But it still asks me the same thing!! Don't know what to do now!
