What is the best way to transfer my photos to a storage place?

Deleting photos from phone

so I bought 20 gb for my icloud for my photos and I delete the photos from my phone wi they still be in the icloud! I am just confused! I don't know what the best way to transfer my photos to a storage place! I am traveling for 6 months with no computer and I am taking loads of photos and wondering where I can save them without using up my iPhone storage?

The cloud storage is a good way to store them or you can use dropbox also. I personally use dropbox and photobucket both.

I use Box, Dropbox and OneDrive to store photos. They will remain in iCloud until the next back up. Unless you're talking about iCloud Photo Library. Did you upload photos to iCloud Photo Library? Or just back them up in iCloud?
