my daughter has given me her MacBook Air, I've taken it back to factory settings and tried logging into apple account (using so x Mavericks...no alternative available) but unable to as a message comes up saying its temporarily unavailable. However I can still get onto Apple App Store on my other devices! I'm going slightly insane and do not know what to do about it! Please advise.
