Is it possible to use a iDevice and a screen to act as if it were a flipchart?

I know i can go and buy a flipchart, some paper and some pens but I wondered if it was possible these days to use either an iphone / ipad and the smart screen to do that ?

I know there are numerous flip cart apps in the App Store and I know that you can connect your i-Device to a TV screen using the proper cables or via AirPlay and an ATV, so I would say yes to your question.
