Why my App Store is not responding

After reset my I phone I find that safari is working good but App Store is not working.
It says the request time has been timed out.for your convenience I have I phone 5

That's odd. Have you tried reset network settings? If not, do you have a good back up that you can restore from?

When in the App Store did you try tapping any of the icons at the bottom 10 times to force a reload?
