Is it possible to retrieve my iPhone in iCloud if I accidentally erased it in iCloud?

HELP: iphone 4s jailbroken: i accidently tapped erase iphone in icloud! STUCK

I TRIED THE HOME BUTTON POWER THING... It took me to the lockscreen.. the phone restarted and went back into restore.. PLEASE HELP!!! IM STUCK!!!

I'm assuming you remotely wiped the device from find my iPhone.

You're going to have to hook up your 4S to a computer and iTunes and restore the device.
