How to wipe Iphone 4s without sims and a broken wifi

I have an Iphone 4s with a broken wifi componet and no sims that I need to wipe so i can sell it. However, it wants me to connect to my cloud account via wifi and I cannot. Yikes, what do I do??

plug it into Itunes and tell it to restore to factory/default settings. one two done. this will erase everything and reinstall the latest IOS version as if new
