I can't download free apps because of billing problems. How do I fix it?

I can't download free apps to my iphone. Every time I try to download a free app e.g. Quizup, it keeps on telling there a 'billing problem and I must change my payment method'!!! Please help!!!!

Okay. Change your billing method. Tap on the App Store icon and then scroll to the bottom of the App Store screen. Tap on your Apple ID. After that, tap on view Apple ID and then enter your pass code. Afterwards, you should see "Account Settings". Tap on the payment information and make the necessary changes.

Last resort...buy a $10 iTunes gift card and put it on your account.

This is what I do when this happens, but it is usually more like $15 or $25 so I have until the card information is fixed.
