Need help with selective transfer of game app data from one device to another

I need to know if there is anything free out there that can selectively transfer game app data from one device (IPhone 4S) to another (IPhone 5S). I don't need nor do I want everything from the old for the new. I don't want it to over write what is on the new one. I just want to transfer specific things. Any expedient help would be greatly appreciated.:crying:

Only if the app supports storing data in iCloud... You'd sign into the same AppleID/iCloud account... Otherwise, it's restoring a backup from one device to the other.
