How to jailbreak my iPad? because its so hassle if i have an udpdate,

It is so much easier and faster to to an IOS update than to JB your iPad. I am not into JBing so we do have a JB forum that might help you or hold on here until someone can answer you. Thank you.

I am into jailbreaking, having both my iPhone and iPad jailbroken.

I totally agree with Jag above, it is far, far easier to update your iPad than deal with a jailbreak.
