I have an iPhone5 running 7.0.4 and recently I tried to do a hard reboot (hold power button down until slider appears then slide it). The problem is that then when you hold the power button to boot up again, my phone gets stuck on the Apple logo forever and never boots up. I have found that if I power it down again (by holding the power and home button simultaneously) then boot up holding the volume up button, my phone boots up but cydia substrate is disabled. I have used iLEXRat to try to restore my phone but this doesent help. Even though no tweaks or jailbroken apps are installed, as soon as I install Cydia Substrate, my phone wont boot. Any ideas as to why Cydia Substrate is breaking the boot cycle? How can I get this fixed without a full restore?
