Last week I noticed a purchase that was made at 0230 and there was explanation about what it was. The purchase was made through MyPay account and I was in contact with their customer service. I was informed that my credit card had been credited with the exact amount I was charged. No less than 5 hours later the charge reappeared with a clear explanation of the fact that I was charged for an automatic magazine renewal I was unaware that was "automatic." I let the charge stand and then the very same day my Apple ID had been disabled and now I cannot update any apps. I have read a few posts about this very issue and have been told that this is Apple's way of protecting me and them. What do I need to do to have my Apple ID enabled again?
