Buying off amazon

Hey I've been looking at various phones on ebay +amazon, found some pretty good deals but do the phones come with a contract? If not, how can you get a sim for a phone? Cheers

Yes they are just like going to a carrier or Apple. If you want to buy a phone with a contract and you are upgradable or simply buying new they will ask you contract for 2 years anf what carrier is available or buy full retail w/o a contract.

The phones from the carriers come with contracts unless you pay full retail price. If the phone is unlocked and not tied to a carrier you can go any place for a SIM card. Depends on what service you're trying to use.
