Can I safely delete the photos from Moments without interfering with the same photos in Albums?

photos on my iPad Air that are in Albums are also appearing in Moments. Can I safely delete the photos from Moments without interfering with the same photos in Albums?

Anything you have in albums that you syncd to your iPad from your computer should not be affected unless you uncheck them on the next sync they will be removed otherwise they should not.

Why would it be deleted from the album when the album was syncd from the PC to the iPad so how can it get deleted?

I just deleted a photo in Moments I have on my iPad and it DID NOT delete from my album I have it in as well. Just reporting the news. I don't make this stuff up!!!
