iOS 7.4 Wallpaper problem still there.

iMore Question

I have just installed iOS 7.4 on my IPad 4, fairly sure that the wallpaper problem in the previous version would have been one of the "bug fixes". But no, still there. When you use a photo for the wallpaper, it is enlarged and doesn't fit.

I have read the helpful suggestion, but why should we, the users, have to find a way around it. Surely by now Apple is aware of it.

Anyone got an answer or even a comment? Thanks

Yep, that's just how it works now. And any photo that doesn't fill the screen will be expanded to do so?if you need one smaller, easiest route is to take a screenshot while in the View mode in the Photos app (with black background).

This has been driving my wife nuts because she always wants a square photo in the center of the screen.

The bummer is that reduce motion doesn't just disable parallax, it also disables the zoom animations when launching or closing applications. Some folks aren't a big fan of the fade effect that replaces it. Hoping Apple offers more granular control of this in a future update.
