new ipad air hung up during ios 7.0.4 update

I just got a new ipad air. I went through setup and when done, was told there's an update, I did the update, now it has hanged. I've got the apple logo and the line underneath, around 1mm completed. Been like this for 1 hour. What can I do?

Connect to iTunes and restore it, then restore from your last back-up.
