How can txt messages be forwarded onto another contact or to email address?

it was so simple before - to txt to another contact have to copy & paste as new message, BUT how can message be sent to email?
these txt messages are required in hard copy for file records?!
It was easy before & now seems impossoible.

Just press and hold a message until you see the "copy/more" prompt. Select "more". Check the items you want to forward and then select the arrow in the bottom right corner. Now fill in the recipient's email address and then send it. If sent from your iPhone, your wireless mobile email address should appear as a recipient. For example. 5555555555@vzwpix.com or something similar.
