Undated to IOS7 on flashed sprint no longer have tmobile service Help !

I recently bought a phone from a shop with ios6 operating system as a tmobile phone. When ios7 came out i downloaded and it took the flash on it away and left me with no service at all. It now says sprint and I am stuck on ios7 with no way to change the apn settings. I have been looking for ways to factory unlock the sprint or ways to downgrade to ios6 but I have found none. Any solutions ???

Which iPhone are you using? I've never owned a Sprint iPhone so I don't know whether or not it comes unlocked like the iPhone 5 and above is via Verizon, but if so, you should be able to put a tmobile SIM card in it and go about your business. If not, call Sprint and ask if they'll unlock it for you or use one of the many available unlocking services that can be found online via a web search.
