I upgraded my iphone now my Apple watch won't pair!

I have restarted BOTH iphone and Apple watch to no avail. I can't find the "i" app on watch and neither can my iPhone!

The "I"app? What the heck is that? Anyway, all you need to do is reset your Watch from either within the Watch app or the Watch itself. Afterwards, you shouldn't have any problem pairing it with your iPhone.

It's not an app... it's an icon on the Watch face.
