Accessing content on Apple TV.

Hey all. I'm sure someone will have a quick answer to this.

My brother passed and I've ended up with all his Apple gear.
It includes a Apple TV 3, which I know he purchased heaps of Movies, Tv Series and Music on.
Is there any way I can copy this from he's unit with password?
I don't like my chances but I thought I'd ask before doing a update.

First off, on behalf of everyone here at iMore, we express our deepest condolences for your loss.
If you have access to his apple id and password then you can just log in with his credentials and access his content.

You can also maybe set up Family Sharing under his credentials and add yourself to that so that you can access the content under your own profile. In all honesty, this might be a better solution for you since going to Apple to explain the situation that he's passed and you would like to be able to utilize his content. I don't know personally but I've heard that it's a hassle to do that.
