Try resetting your wireless access point by powering it off, then back on again... mine updated without a hitch.

No problem updating here. The Bluetooth keyboard addition is great. I really hope we get some more substantial ATV updates sometime soon.

I am having a huge problem since this update. Ever since the update my device quit working. It doesn't push any video or audio to my television. I've tried a new hdmi cable, I've tried unplugging the device and re-plugging it in (giving the apple logo briefly then nothing). My iPhone and other devices still recognize the apple tvs existence, but nothing that I push to it comes through. All I receive is my tv saying "no signal". Anyone else have this problem, or more importantly, know how to fix it?

Btw it's the third gen. (1080p) unit.

Plug a mico USB cable into the AppleTV and a computer with iTunes, and use iTunes to restore the AppleTV to factory defaults... just like you would a phone or iPad.

Thank you for the advice! I tried what you said and did the factory reset using the computer. The process went without a hitch, but after hooking it back up to the tv, still a no-go. Is it possible that the update fried the GPU?

Have you tried another device using the same input on the TV to see if there's something wrong with the TV? Or tried the AppleTV on a different TV input?

Figured it out, trying out some different configurations I found that my A/V receiver died and wasn't routing signal any more it would seem. Thank you for the help and advice
