i have a blank apple music app - no menu - I cant access my music

I am trying to access my music on itunes on my apple iphone5. when i open the music app it shows a picture of a girl with head phones on and an apple music logo across the center but there is no menu icons at all. I do not want to subscribe to apple music. How do I get to my music library?

Try turning off your phone via soft reject. That should fix your issue.
