sync playback between devices

I disabled syncing of playback information between devices via iTunes on my PC and I do not have any lag with apple music on phone anymore.

Maybe its a placebo, but I'm happy.

System lag when closing the music app after listening to Apple music.

Wow. I don't think I'm experiencing anything like that but I'm going to disable and see if there's any effect for me.

It only lasted about 10 seconds, but was a pain if you wanted to respond to a notification or phone call. Apple Music likes to sync something every time it opens and closes.
