Help with Apple Music and multiple phones and people

I am totally confused as to the best way to set this up. I have three iPhones which currently all have their own iCloud accounts but share the same iTunes account for purchases. Since updating them all to iOS 8.4 and enabling the Apple Music trial we can only listen to music on one device at a time as the others stop playing due to the single subscription.

I guess the answer is to setup family sharing but not 100% clear on how it works. I don't want my 16 year old daughter being able to buy apps whenever she fancies.

Anyone tell me the exact procedure for setting this all up and how I stop the daughter from bankrupting me. I hope that she still would need a password to buy apps that I can withhold?

Yes, you need Family Sharing. Otherwise each phone would need to pay $9.99 for streaming service. That's $29.97 as opposed to $14.99 with Family Sharing.
I'm not sure it can be done without Family Sharing.
