A few iCloud music library questions

First: I have songs on my computer that I like to play locally from my hard drive while I'm playing games so with iCloud music library will my songs be replaced if I enable it? (I'd rather play the file stored locally)
Second: will I still be able to sync my songs from my computer via usb to my phone with iCloud music library on?
Third: if I have to restore my phone for whatever reason and set up my phone as new, can I still transfer my local files from my computer to my phone via usb or will it only transfer the metadata of my music library?
Forth: is there an override for uploading songs from my computer to iCloud music library? (In case the song that got matched is not correct)

It did answer my questions but I'm not liking the answers... I guess I'll get use to it over time.
