App Store badges not working

Hey everyone,

So for about 2 months now, the App Store hasn't been displaying badges on the icon letting me know I have app updates. It'll only show a badge on the tab if you open the App Store. I have checked in my notification settings and the badge option seems to be on. Am I missing something here?

(Not jailbroken, iOS 6.1.3)

I’ve not had any issues... iPhone, iPad, iPod all showing updates via App Store badging... iOS 6.1.3...

Same here. As a matter of fact, I just updated two apps after seeing the App Store badge display 2 awaiting updates.

Try signing out and then signing back in to the App Store.

Restoring from a backup or restoring as new?

Ive notice this as well for the past 3 months but eh it's like whatevers.

I dont want to loose my JB so a restore is a no go for me.

OP, try a clean restore without restoring a back up.

I would, but I just don't think it's enough of an issue to start from scratch over...
