why not just buy a sim cutting tool instead? it trims sim to mini sim, google it tons of hits will pop.

have u seen the video ? YouTube - iPhone 4 DUAL SIM Adapter Case http://qyg-online.com you need to cut 1 sim but it is a dual sim holder for 1 cut sim and 1 regular sim

i think you can use the dual sim card with most other cases in the market
