    Hi! I'm trying to backup whatsapp messages from my iphone 5 and the backup stops at 98% and doesn't finish! I got a new phone and want to restore my whatsapp messages in it but it doesn't work because the backup in the other phone is not complete! Can someone help me? Is there a way i can do the backup on my computer and then restore it on the new phone? Is there another solution?
