Restore Messages when re-installing whatsapp on iOS

Guys,

I had to uninstall whatsapp from my iPhone 5S since the app started freezing and crashing. But I hadn't sync data with iCloud or iTunes. Now I don't have any of my old conversations.

Is there a way to recover my old messages????

You can't get them back, unless you backed the messages up before removing

No, you have lost the messages unfortunately if you didn't do a backup of your whatsapp messages

Have you backed up messages with iTunes/iCloud? if the whatsapp messages existed in the backup, then they can definitely be recovered, if you don't know how to recover them back , maybe you can get some method from this tutorial :
