Someone moving to chatlist without chatting

I check someone's last seen and he/she appears online. Sometimes, that person automatically moves to my chatlist, without even sent messages to each other. Does that mean that we looked to each others last seen at the same time? Because I noticed it only happens when someone is online at the same time as me. Thanks!

I have no idea. I recommend you get with the developer of the app you're using and/or the website of the chat service you're using in regard to this matter.
