    I just noticed on whatsapp that the ticks have changed from a grey colour too a blue colour, what's the change for? Thanks

    The ticks turn grey when your message has been delivered. But the ticks turn blue when your message has been read.

    I hope you have found ur answer by now. The blue shows if the receiver has exactly read ur message or not.
