I just changed my stand ring goal to 6 hours so I don't have to worry about things like that. It's not an important metric for me really. (I'm sure it's good for many people, though, who are less active than I am.)

I've thought about doing that when I travel. It's simply not always feasible to stand. When home, however, I tend to get focused on the computer and would likely sit for too long without the 50 minute nag and the 12 hour goal.

Got it. Pretty easy considering past exercise patterns but probably wouldn’t have got it without physical therapy exercises.

I have to complete 2,450 exercise minutes. So far I have 1,824 and need to work out 48 minutes each day until the end of the month.
